This course will continue to solidify the student’s linguistic skills through a more intensive exploration of the thematic areas already introduced in PLIDA 110: society, history, geography and art. As in PLIDA 110, the further mastery of the four language skills (reading, listening, speaking and writing) is thus enriched by learning and discussing cultural elements which will enhance the student’s understanding of essential aspects of contemporary Italy.
