Members and Friends of the Dante – Learn to make Italian specialties that will add sparkle to your holiday celebrations! Chef Francesco Pezone presents nine Tuesday lessons (6:00-8:30 PM) of authentic dishes sure to delight your palate and your future guests. About Chef Pezone – Francesco Pezone was born in Tivoli, a historic city near Rome, in Italy. He began his career in 2003 in Ristorante Adrianeo in Tivoli. In 2004 he attended Scuola di Alta Cucina in Alma, province of Parma, under the notable three Michelin Star Chef Gualtiero Marchesi. In 2009 he opened his own restaurant, The Elefantino Blu, in Tivoli, together with his American wife, Kimberly. After a few years, Francesco and his wife decided to move back to America and Boston offered the best possibility offering an excellent mix of Italian and American culture where to introduce authentic Italian food.

Individual classes are $85 for non members and $70 for members.
